Having visited Jervis Bay since her teenage years, Madeleine spent many years living in the Sutherland Shire before buying a property locally in 2020 and becoming a full-time resident shortly after.
With years of customer service experience behind her in the jewellery industry, Madeleine purchased and ran her own holiday rental on the side. After making a success of that one property, she looked to further her knowledge and skills in the industry and began working for another South Coast holiday rental company.
Looking for a company with a stronger focus on guest experience and owner satisfaction, Madeleine made the move to Experience Jervis Bay. Bringing that experience to the reservations and guest services role, she goes out of her way on a daily basis to help and assist our guests, ensuring they receive a five-star experience from their first enquiry through to their day of departure.

Outside of work Madeleine has a keen interest in property investment and continues to manage her own short-term rental, giving her a genuine appreciation of what matters to an owner. She also enjoys music, travel, and making the most of the South Coast lifestyle that brought her here.
